Là, je me repose apres ma petite baignade dans le lac. Ce bateau est trop cool, y'a pas mal de place pour un ptit zodiac.

Voila une superbe journée, passée sur le lac avec mes parents et Houda, notre serveuse et amie. C'était vraiment trop excellent. Il faisait beau et chaud. J'en ai profiter pour essayer de bronzer un peu malgres que mes jambes sont presque transparentes tellement elles sont blanches! Je vous ai mis quelques photos.

Demain, congé encore. Je vais faire un peu la grasse matinée et passer une journée tranquile. Je profite a fond et j'aime ca!!!

Today was a very nice day for me. I went on the lake with my parents and Houda, the waitress we have at the restaurant. It was so awesome, the weather was perfect, warm. I tried to have some sun on my legs but it was not easy, they are so white!!! I have some pictures for you.

Tomorrow, still off. I will sleep a little bit in the morning and have a relaxing day. I enjoy my time here and I like it!!!

Quel bon retour au pays quand meme... ca fait beaucoup de bien d'etre ici, de voir les gens que j'aime, d'avoir les vaches sur la montagne en face de chez moi, d'entendre le carillon de l'église...(non en faite, ca ca m'avait pas manqué du tout!!!)

J'ai déja bien repris le boulot. On a fait le marché hier. C'était bien sympa. On ferme le resto mardi et mercredi, on va profiter du beau temps et peut etre faire un tour sur le lac. Je vais prendre des photos tres prochainement.

Il est déja minuit et j'ai encore pas tres bien récupéré du décalage horaire donc je vous écrirai une autre fois...

It's nice to be back here. And nice to see my family and friends, the cows on the montains in front of my house, the noise of the church (nop.... I didn't miss that for sure!!!)

I already started the work at the restaurant. We had the market yesterday, the weather was so nice, we were so buzy. It was very nice. We close the restaurant on Tuesday and Wednsday so I will have more time to rest and go on the lake relaxing. I will take picture for you.

It's already midnight and I still feel the jetlag so I have to go and I will write to you soon....

Je suis arrivée chez moi cet apres midi... le trajet a ete vraiment long. Je suis contente d'avoir retrouver ma ptite famille, ca fait du bien. je commense le boulot demain a 8h!!! Ca va etre tres penible, j'ai besoin de me reposer un peu, ce sera pour plus tard! On a le marché ici, ce sera une longue journée. Venez faire un ptit coucou pour ceux qui ont l'occase. Je vais pas mal bossé ce week end mais je vais trouver du temps a partir de lundi pour moi et pour mettre quelques photos d'ici pour mes voisins les ricains! Je vais essayer de venir tous vous voir. Faudra que je me fasse un ptit planning! Je pense que je repars autour du 17aout. Ca me laisse un ptit mois.

I'm back home. The trip was very long. I'm happy to be with my family, it's a nice feeling. I start the work tomorrow morning at 8am... it's going to be very hard, I need some rest damned! I will have a bit more time from monday for my-self and to take some pictures from here for you guys in america. I will go back to PA around august 17th I think. I'll let you know soon.

Alors voila... apres 20h de bus ( ce fut une eternité...), 70frs de taxi et 100frs d'hotel, je suis a chicago, dans un "Super8". Je vais me reposer un peu, prendre une bonne douche et attendre demain pour prendre l'avion. Franchement, je vous l'avoue... je n'ai pas vraiment envie de rentrer.... je me sens vraiment bien ici. Mais bon, je le prend du bon coté car je reviens dans un mois. Et pis, je vais vous voir donc, ca me remonte le moral!

A part ca, dimanche, je suis allée a New York pour ma 2eme fois.... c'est trop génial comme ville, j'ADORE!!! Donc, voici une photo de l'Empire State Building. Ce n'est qu'un gratte-ciel, rien de tres surprenant... Mais quand meme... D'autre photo suivront.

Well, after 20hours in the bus (which were so long), 70 bucks for the taxi and 100 bucks for the hotel, here I am, in Chicago, in a Super8. I will relax a bit, take a nice shower and wait until tomorrow for my plane back.
Honesly, I don't really want to go back to Europe... I feel so good here. But It's gonna be for just a month so it's not too bad. And I will see my family.

Last sunday, I went back to NY for my 2d time.... I really love that city. Here is a picture of the Empire State Building, it's just a big building but still...

Pas de photo pour aujourd'hui mais demain matin, je pars pour la journee a New York donc, je vous partagerai ca.

Hier fut mon dernier jour de boulot. Ca m'a fait tres bizarre et tout le monde etait tendu, de mauvaise humeur. J'ai vraiment pris de l'importance ici, je me suis fait ma p'tite place... J'ai vraiment rencontre des gens plein de respect et de valeur, ce qui malheureusement est tres difficile a trouver dans le milieu des chevaux, en tant qu'etrangere et femelle de 23ans! Je leur dois le respect et c'est aussi pour cela que je reviens en aout.

Donc, aujourd'hui est relax et ce soir c'est la fete, demain new york. Lundi c'est la preparation de mon depart, une petite viree a cheval avec Robin (on va aller rendre visite au ranch d'a cote), et le soir, je fais un grand barbecue au ranch avec toutes les personnes que je connais et que j'apprecie. Ca va etre bien sympa. Mardi, je dois etre a la station de bus Greyhound a New York a 2.00pm. Je pars a 3.00 et je serai a Chicago mercredi vers 10.00 du matin. Je passe la journee la bas, prend un hotel et je decolle jeudi. Je serai de retour vendredi 13 (...!!!). Voila mon programme. C'est pas mal charge et je me rejouis vraiment d'avoir un peu de temps pour me reposer et dormir!!!

Sinon, la vie est belle! Je vous laisse, je dois encore traduire ca en anglais!!!

No picture today but I go to NY tomorrow so I will share that with you.

Yesterday was my last day at work. I felt so weird and everybody was kind of sad and in a bad mood. I start to have my place here and it feels so good. I found so good people with respect and it's so hard to find that in the horse buisness. And more because I'm a 23yo girl. I will respect them too and come back soon...

So today is a relax day, tonight I have a party. Tomorrow is NY. Monday is packing my stuff, a ride with Robin to the ranch near ours and at night is a barbecue with people that I like. Tuesday I have to be at Greyhound station in NY at 2pm and I leave at 3. I will be at Chicago wednsday around 10am, I'll find an hotel and I have my flight on Thursday. I will be in Switzerland friday 13th(...!!!). This is my plan. I really look forward to have some rest!

Other than that, everything is fine, life is Beautiful.
